Influence of the nitrogenous fertilization and their relationship with the nitrate tenor in potato crop
Main Article Content
Abstract
The employment of the nitrogenous fertilizers in the agriculture, necessary to satisfy the growing necessities of foods, it results in the accumulation of nitrate in the crops, in the soil and in the sources of supply of water, when excessive dose is used or lower conditions that they favor this accumulation. For such a reason two experiments were developed on a Ferralitico Rojo soil in those which you study the effect of growing dose of nitrogen that they oscillated among 0 - 480 kgN.ha-1 on the nitrate content in the soil, in the petiole of the index leaf and tubers of the potato crop of the. The reached results show that the growing applications of nitrogenous fertilizer lead to the nitrate tenor's increment and especially for the tubers they could exceed the permissible maximum concentration with the employment of high dose.
