Variation behavior of the concentration of microorganisms in different soils of Cuba
Main Article Content
Abstract
In this work the behavior of different microorganisms of the soils was evaluated in areas of West, Center and East in twenty types of soil of the country belonging to seven groups, the that most of the formation processes. For this end 10 grams of soil those were collected that were diluted to quantify the concentration of some microorganisms like match solubilizers, fixers of atmospheric nitrogen, actinomicets, mushrooms, yeasts and total microorganisms. The Method of Dilutions Series was used with later crops the Box Petri, using selective means for each one of the involved microorganisms. In a general way the biggest concentrations of microorganisms were observed in the rizosfera of the mountainous areas, those that coincide with areas little exploded or in their natural atmosphere. In the plains he/she was a decrement of the beneficial microorganisms, what can be due at the exploitation level and bad practical agricultural abundant I lower these conditions. The certain microbial concentrations oscillated respectively among 104 -107 UFC/g of soil in flat and wavy lands, that that without doubts evidence the loss of fertility that has happened fundamentally in our floors in the plains for the exploitation to that you/they have been subjected. Works of this type allow considering as aspect to keep in mind, given the functions that you carry out the microorganisms and their importance like indicator of the soil.
